Just got this little beauty last Friday and I have big plans for her. I cant say enough about how great these are. The neck is just butter, and not just any butter. I'm talking about that good, lick it off the plate, welcome the heart attack, garlic butter. Stock pickups have a very nice tone. The neck is a little darker than i'm used to, but that's nothing a little EQ wont fix.
Its probably got the 3rd nicest top I've seen on a ZM as well.
She will eventually get a Ghost Piezo system (hopefully retrofitted into the stock bridge), a US nut, and MAYBE some 59/09s
EDIT: I already put some covers on the pickups that I heat treated (for that tempered steel rainbow look) and brushed. The didn't change the tone any that I could discern.
