Angelus SE cuts out with Mustang Micro

I have a strange thing happen when using my Fender Mustang Micro headphone amp with my Angelus SE. Although the amp works fine with a solid body, with the acoustic after about three songs the guitar shuts off. It’s not the amp because I still hear the backing track. If I “mute” the guitar as if I’m tuning and turn the volume back on, it comes through the amp once again—and then shuts off again after a few songs. I have no problem with the SE using a wireless transmitter so I’m wondering if it has something to do with the amp being a Bluetooth device as well.

I use my SE Angelus with a Mustang Micro, and have never experienced what you describe. Have you tried a new battery in the Angelus? Also, if you move/push the Mustang jack, can you replicate it cutting out?

Still doing it with a new battery. Once it shuts off, doesn’t matter if I pop the jack in or out or do the tuning mute trick for it to restart. It seems to be kind of timed—the guitar cuts out about halfway through a third song!
Anyway, the guitar works fine with my Nux wireless system or cable so I won’t worry about this too much as it’s just a home thing. And hopefully someone who had the same problem and figured out how to fix it will see this thread. Glad you don’t have it.
