I love Mike Stern... I love his spirit, his attitude, watching his interviews, his rig rundown was great.... but I've never been into his music, it's just not my thing I guess. But I love the guy! One of the few players I've seen who plays with such obvious joy! Another one is Julian Lage

I was jamming with my mentor Bill Hart ( he ran the ATL school of Music guitar dept for 25 years) and the subject of jazz players came up , I mentioned Bill and Leni .. and Bill says Oh yeah they're great friends love playing with them ... I'm like no way .... he pulls out his phone and calls Mike ... he answered .. they chatted a bit and he handed the phone to me .. .mind blown .. he's a Funny cat with enormous chops ... anyone who has played with Miles will always have my respect .

I'm digging these London guys so much. Great musicality and listening. The dynamics through this piece are....intuitive...don't know how else to say it.
