Akerfeldt SE Toggle Issues

Hey guys

I bought a new Akerfeldt SE late last year and started having issues with the pickup toggle switch a few months back. If I would switch from the bridge to the neck position, the signal would cut out. I could flip it back and forth several times and it would finally work in the neck position. Back in May I contacted PRS and they advised me to make sure the contacts were clean on the switch by using compressed air to blow it out, which I did. That did not help, so they sent me a new switch. The new switch is having the same exact problem. I'm pretty good at soldering, so I'm confident the joints are good. I just don't know what else it could be.

Any ideas?

A few of us including me with a 2012 SE Santana does the exact same thing since new.
Must have been a run of faulty switches.
My dealer will replace mine for free whenever I want to drop it off.
