Adjustable stoptail intonation screws?

I have a new guitar coming in (Korina Mira) and want to install my adjustable stoptail on it that I had used on a previous guitar. Unfortunately, the last time I was adjusting the intonation, one of the screws came stuck in the saddle, and as I turned the head, the screw broke in two.

I was curious where I could get replacements, or if this was a generic part I might be able to track down.

The screws would be the six shown here with the Phillips head above the string holes:
