Adjust Bridge Pickup Height on PRS Myles Kennedy

Hello all. I just received my new PRS Myles Kennedy. The bridge pickup is not quite high enough and is a little weak due to being nearly 1/8” from the strings on bass and treble side with the string fretted at the last fret. How does one adjust the height of this pickup as it is screwed into the body? Spacers on the screws? What should I use?

Should have spongy material under the pickup to act like a spring. Should be able to back out the screws fine.
