Hey guys, I am thinking of swapping a humbucker on the bridge of my DC3. I'm deciding it's either a 57/08 or 59/09. Tonally which one of these will complement the DC3 neck and middle pickups better? I have not played either of these pups before so I appreciate the feedback!
And in the 4th position, can both of these pickups work too? I would like to split the humbucker too if possible, so should I do a push pull pot or install a switch to split them?
I am located overseas, so sending it to PTC is out of the question. I have a local luthier who is able to do so.
