Hi,

Having bought a PRS SE Santana guitar from an excellent UK retailer, I Emailed a copy of the purchase details to PRS Europe to get a £50 discount code. Received an acknowledgment and a statement it would be sorted out in 5 working days. That period has gone and I’ve heard nothing back. Is this offer not being honoured anymore?

Thanks. That means it’s not a Country issue. I’ve purchased a second PRS (SS SE) and have tried again sending proof of purchase. They haven’t even acknowledged receipt this time. Folks, anybody up the chain at PRS I can contact to get this deal?
