Aaaand it's done! My PRS MEGA shootout

He he, I told my son the same thing yesterday when he stopped by for a bit.

Hey, do you have a webpage for your band?
I read that you tour, so you have a group then?

PS, checked out your page a bit here before I have to start work.

hah!
Not in a band at this point in time mate, work full time as a university financial officer and manager,
plus I have a baby daughter. When I "tour" what I do are clinic, workshop and tradeshow stuff,
mainly in China and Japan (in the fall) and every other year or so MusikMesse. In Sweden I do more clinic
stuff as well as play with the odd Swedish artist now and then.
So no, there's no music page with albums or anything like that.

However, with that said, and should you be thus inclined there are some older stuff, we're talking ten years
ago or so, and MUCH more into the rock-shred genre. I released a demo album back ten years ago
which is still floating around, and did a lot of stuff with a local band up here.
For the album, called "FretDance" listen/download here: http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=207440

And for a full length live concert with the old band "Born Bandit" (I know, cheeesy name, not my doing ) go here:
(Using a Swedish made MONSTER amp called Elmwood 3100, not made anymore) and a old Reb Beach sig.Ibanez
this was before I discovered there were actually other brands than Ibanez

However,

Cool, I have been checking out the Musikmesse vids on YouTube.
I check those and the two NAMM ones each year.

Will check out your vids from home later.
Thanks for the links.

Watching it in the background, what made my head turned was the P22, Cu24 and SE Custom 24.

But they all sounded amazing, there isn't really a bad guitar of the lot.

Again, thanks guys! And Mikegarveyblues: thanks, yeah editing is the worst part of it by far!
And honestly, THE worst part was sitting through the whole thing on YT adding the timeline stamps :coffee:

Wow, thanks for doing this. I've been using Dragon II pickups in my Custom 24, and after hearing this shootout I'm more convinced than ever that they're the right pickups for me. The 53/10s in that P22 were an awfully close second, though!

Yeah, but that's what makes the video really super useful. Great job, and thanks again for all that hard work.

Yeah, I thought that was imperative to make this video at all useable and I'm glad that kinda thing works on YT!
