A substitute for #7 pickups

Hi everybody. I own a 2006 PRS Singlecutsemi-hollow guitar. It still has the original pickups, named #7. I don't know whether it is due to changing pole-pieces heigths or what, the pickups seem to have lost the highs, the ringing bells it had time ago. Lows are very powerful yet. I think I will not be able to purchase a new American #7 pair of humbuckers, so I would like you could give me some advise for new ones. I play with an Vox AC 30 amp, so clean sound is important to me, and I also love warm and sweet saturation as Gary Moore did. What should I do?. Wich pickups should I buy?. Thank you!!!.

Buy 57/08’s and don’t look back. If you want some extra oomph from the treble do a 59/09.

If you want to venture out from PRS pickups, I’d suggest a nice set of Bare Knuckle Mules. I put a set in my old SC245 and they were killer.
