This is an interesting clip from a historical perspective. Note the Technicolour (3 colours), perfect 1968, which I believe this is from. I love Clapton, not necessary from a playin' perspective (well, yah, I do), but simply from the fact that he was the pioneer and basically invented the hard rnr sound, combined with a healthy dollop of blues.
this next one is the world's most famous guitar in action, played by a master ... listen to it all, and loud.
Unfortunately, he essentially turned into Rick Danko and passed on way to early.
Everyone will have a different opinion on this, but IMHO, the most underrated/underappreciated band in the history of rock is The Kinks. Some "experts" claim they are the first metal band. I have no opinion on that since I don't know very much about "metal" ... who knows.
