A little trip to meet the legend!

So sad times, today was the last day that Pav and I could hang.

So family time in the garden, tasty cakes and treats brought by Pav and Ola to have with coffee and juice.

A little acoustic guitar and then some PRS time, mixed and matched through his Filmore and my Studio 22.

Such a fun time having Pav and his family visit.

Was great to get my hands on the Std and rock out through his Filmore.

Here’s hoping they will come and visit again.

A wee family photo to finish -

That guy with the thumb up is DEF not your kid... no resemblance at all!

Glad you all had such a great time. Fantastic!

What an awesome connect you guys have experienced (yes, I used that e term intentionally to reference the PRS event of that similar name)! Good times, very happy y'all were able to spend it this way!! Any recordings of the jam session? Inquiring ears (like mine) want to hear ;~))

Our holiday in Scotland ended a couple of days ago. After a brief stay in Cumbria and a 12-hour drive home, we are back to reality. Meeting with the legend and his family was exactly what we needed. What a host this guy is! I honestly wish everyone had a friend like Rouben by their side. He has no bad bone in his body, and the level of sympathy and respect he shows towards everyone on the forum is off the charts. Scotland itself is amazing. If you've never been, I honestly can't recommend it enough. We came across amazing people. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

Gotta feel sorry for the poor lad.

Thank you for the kind words brother.

Was so great to have you stay.

What a great time that had to be!

So when are you visiting? 😉

But if you get him drunk enough...

Fun reading - glad everyone had a great time!

I would love to! However, Mrs Bodia has no desire to go overseas :(

I’m a history nut, so I’d love to go to Europe/UK.

I was only there once, in London for a week on a business trip, but I tried to cram in as much as I could every day (to the tune of 20,000 steps a day). It was kind of humbling at times, thinking about a lot of the older stuff we have to see in the US, then hearing things like "this addition was built in the 13th century". Made it to the Tower Of London twice, and was ready to go back again if I could have.

Yeah but you have an old monument in Michigan.
