Dude, c'mon, this says nothing about the earth being stationary. Reading "earth is stationary" into that is a stretch. I don't want to cross the "no politics, no religion" rule of this forum, but some of your "logic" would mean there is no God. I mean, "if you can't see it, how can it be real?" would be your line of thinking, it seems
 
If we are going to resort to scripture, how about this one: From about 6BC. Helaman 12:15 "And thus, according to his word the earth goeth back, and it appeareth unto man that the sun standeth still; yea, and behold, this is so; for surely it is the earth that moveth and not the sun."
