Yeah...I appreciate them keeping it going, but it feels like a lot of the magic is gone.

I found an Artist Package in 2015 used (rosewood neck/Brazilian fretboard -see profile pic). Absolutely love it. I will say the neck pup is a bit "warm" for my tastes and have been considering changing it for a Lollar Imperial. In comparing it to other DGTs, mine is a bit heavier, the rosewood neck feels very different from a standard DGT, which is probably due more to no finish.
