'91 PRS Artist Prototype A1

For my Dad's retirement gift his boss wanted to get him a new guitar and I got to choose it for him, probably one of the coolest things that's happened to me. We landed on this absolute beauty! Anyone have any ideas on the history of this guitar? Apparently it was acquired directly from Paul years ago. Can't wait for my Dad to get his hands on it this 'holy grail'!

I don't know much about the actual history of the guitar but I have played it. Nice guitar and I think it looks even better in person.
