85 Tribute looks really nice! Check it out

These are so dope! I like this run a little better than the GC “Throwback” that came out.

The one thing that’s a little weird is the divot around the sweet switch.... it’s so precise and sharp looking in comparison to the originals.

That is cool but I'm surprised it has 5909 pickups
Yes so was I. I love the 59/09 pickups but thought 85/15 would be more appropriate for a throwback. But in the end I’d be fine with either. It’s a nice limited edition. Headstock signature, wings! The flame mahogany neck and headstock not to shabby either.

I definitely like this run,I also liked the Dave’s limited edition run of 30 with signature on the headstock, 59/09’s, Tune-o-Matic, and that too had that deeper recessed sweet switch.

Yeah, it’s just the way they are nowadays.

I thought there was a run of ‘85 inspired CU24s with maple headstocks and baby eagle inlays too...

I’ll have to keep my eye out for them. Aesthetically I always thought PRS should have matching headstocks with tops, like they got it “right “ with west st.... baby eagle and all

I'm just the opposite, I don't like the headstock to match the top at all.

I do like TRC and back plates to match but the headstock not so much.

I've got a set of reissue T and B pickups in my parts drawer I'm surprised they didn't use those.

I like the 5909s a lot so I would be good with those.

According to the listing, it's from 2010, before 85/15s existed (at least on the market)
