85/15 pickups in single-coil mode

Anybody else impressed by this? I have an SE semi-hollowbody, and have been using it more and more in the single-coil mode. I have a great '62 AVRI Jazzmaster, Johnny Marr Jaguar, a nice strat and tele, and this guitar can hang with all of them in split-coil mode.

Absolutely! Although I wouldn't quite say I could completely do without Fenders, especially a Tele, both the core 85/15 and the SE 85/15s have excellent split tones to where I have no qualms about only bringing a PRS to almost any situation. For recording, however, I'll keep all 64 colors of Crayola!
