594 semi-hollow volume pot trouble

Last night at rehearsal I had an odd volume issue with my 2019 594 Semi-hollow's neck pot. Huge volume discrepancy between pickups, and intermittent. After some experimentation I figured out, sometimes, the neck pot works fine, with normal volume control. Other times, I get 10 at 10, but as soon as I roll off from the limit, it get close to 0. Not completely 0, as I still heard it, but barely perceptible. So it's acting like a binary switch. Is this something I can fix, say with contact cleaner spray? Or am I looking at replacing the pot?

Definitely try the contact cleaner first, I've had lots of success with it, and its way easier (and cheaper!) than a new pot.

Well, the contact cleaner didn’t fix it. Guess I need a new pot.

I had to have a pot replaced on my 594 HB II. Sometimes, you get a bad one.
