594 SC issues

The three way toggle switch stopped working on my new SC 594 today. The guitar is lovely and about is only 7 months old..
It's not used hard so I have no idea what's wrong with it? Only the bridge pick up selection is working.

Take the switch plate off and check to see if there are any loose connections, maybe one of the contacts is dirty and just needs a shot of cleaner. I just fixed a switch on an SG that had the same issue.

I used contact cleaner with no success. The connections seem to be ok. I can solder if a wire were broken I'd fix it.. So far nothing seems out of order visually..

Fixed. Not sure what fixed it.. the contact cleaner of pushing the tabs around. No matter its working now

Looks easy. Not much to do actually. Solder a few wires etc. and you are done. My 98 McCarty is still going strong! No issues ever!..

Glad to hear...3 way toggles sometimes need a little coaxing for good contact...
