59/09 & 53/10 pickups now available for sale

Hey there^^^^

The "Squabbins" (square bobbins) 59/09 will fit into any existing PRS humbucker cavity and will work with the old style pickup rings. No modifications are needed!
The 59/09's are compatible with a toggle switch and push/pull tone pot, but the electronics will need to be modified slightly.

DiMarzio trademarked the double-creme bobbin pickup decades ago, and they are not bashful about enforcing that trademark.

Agreed. Do your 53/10's "split"? If not, do yourself a favor and get the required mod. A split 53/10 in the neck position of my SAS is glorious.

In general, the neck pickup of the 53/10 set is perhaps my favorite neck pickup of all time!

Still love the 57/08s, especially the bridge. What great pickups PRS is making these days!!

I'm pretty sure I saw a vid where Paul was asked that. It seemed pretty unlikely any time soon but he didn't completely rule it out.

A push/pull isn't required. You can use a simple toggle switch if you just want to use the humbucker mode. The push/pull pot would allow you to coil tap the pickups.

No put we can add a mini toggle which will coil tap the pickups in the exact same way.

Even better! Where would the mini toggle be positioned in relation to the other knobs and toggles on the HBII?
