Is there a neck and bridge pup or are both the same?

Same. At least the earlier ones were. Not sure what they do now in the days of TCI.

Short answer more or less. There's a few variances over the years. Some later years are labeled, first years are not. It also seems to depend on what model they wear in. There's quite a few threads on here about it. I've just finished lots of research on the subject because I picked up a set that has the Neck labeled.
