Reading on some forums trying to find the right guitar for me I ran across a wiring schematic. It was like my other guitar but with some resistors in place.
I have a 1987 Ibanez 570 that has a similar step in the bridge position. With the bridge wired to a swith for series single and parallel settings. I liked that as it added all kinds of options to the sound I could get.
Has anyone tried this? Does the se custom have a 4 conductor pickup to even make this possible?
This would also mean I would probably need stacked pots to be able to get the extra volume control needed without having to drill new holes.
