According to the birds something between 2004 and 2007. And the first batch was flamed only (and not marked 10-Top, because of the rosewood neck).
Therefore this top is slightly exceptional, although the grain is not very strong figured.

Okay, than this is a 513 with a rosewood fingerboard and a mahogany neck.
I need to be more precise with the 513 birds. 2010 the PRS anniversary model got ordinary PRS birds. Until this year 513 came with 513 birds.
