5-way to 3-way

I'm not a fan of the 5-way blade. I have very little use for the 2 and 4 positions, and all it does is make for some imprecise on-the-fly switching. I believe the S2's use 3 ways, but I can't seem to find any for sale. Does anyone know if they are, and if not can the 5-way be modded to make 2 and 4 redundant to 3?

You could just get a 3 way blade switch and wire the pickups up that way. Dimarizo has quite a few wiring diagrams on their website under the support section.
