245/mirs pup ?

someone steer me straight on this. I have read several places that mira pups are just uncovered 245 pups. it this right, or just babble? also, is there a big difference between the 245 pups and the 250 pups?
ps- sorry for misspelling mira in the heading, but I couldn't change it.

Yes, from all I've heard they are the same. The 250's are much hotter than the 245's.

Yes, Mira's were uncovered 245's but one addition, the Mira's split. As I think about it, the SC245's may split too but I don't think they had the split in the SC. Could be wrong, but I have the SC245's in my Mira and they are wired for the split.

I would be willing to bet 250 pickups and Tremontis are exactly the same. They have the same specs. So yeah, at least in bridge pickups, you're talking a 9K 42 gauge wire alnico pickup (245) versus a 15K 43 gauge wire ceramic pickup (250).
