I am getting ready to build out a 22 fret guitar with this body from the Private Stock Vault.
What we have is a McCarty Thickness Body with a Stoptail Bridge, Curly Maple Top and African Ribbon Mahogany Back.
And yes that is Floyd Scholz Owl carved on the top. This is not part of any collection. This will be a one off, one of a kind instrument!
This guitar is still waiting to be created and it can be yours. I have a vision of aligning a thought of the missing owl from a 24 fret neck finding a perch on the body after his escape as the neck becomes a 22. An elongated moon at the 12th. The top finished with a misty blue and purple fade of deep charcoal nightshade. 85/15 Pick Ups. An adjustable tailpiece.
