So currently this 2015 model is at $300usd. I had another 2015 model sell for $250, but it was not the same body and had a pickguard. Not sure why there are 2 santana modells...

For me its a mod platform, it has a trem system which is important to me and this one actually looks rather nice maple top and light natural mahogany back and sides etc.

For $300 USD? Yeah, thats a stellar deal. I typically never see these go for cheaper than $450-$500. These were...well, I call em the 2nd Gen Santana SE (there was the original version that debuted in 2001 with a pickguard plus solid color top and I think from 2018 on is the newer one that's from PT Cort that has 24 frets and the knobs are more in line with the orientation on the core). I'm sorta generalizing, there were a bunch of versions of the Santana SE thru the years. Anyways, they are very good guitars, been on my wish list for a while. They came in the amber/yellow color above, orange (the color I want), and I've also seen green, whale blue, black, and a sort of sunburst quilt top version. These "2nd Gens", if I'm not mistaken, were all made at World Music in Korea.

I have also seen specimens with fully flamed necks. Its not a special edition thing, its just luck of the draw of wood. I think the World Music ones had one piece necks whereas the newer version have three piece necks. Anyway, to digress, I think $300 is a fantastic deal, honestly its stellar for any SE. The last time I paid $300 for an SE was back in 2008, and it was dinged up.
