2014 CU24 push/pull pots

Guys, Im not jiving with the stock set up with the 5 way blade switch so I’m looking to replace the 5 way blade with a 3 way blade and add push/pull pots so I can coil split both pickups independently. Before getting in and taking things apart, I want to order all the parts needed first. I’m not sure if the CU24 has long shaft or short shaft pots. Can anyone recommend pots that will work for this mod? I’m looking for vol and tone pots to be push/pull.

This is what you seek: it works for volume or tone. I installed two of these in a P22 for bridge split + phase reverse, however I’m not exactly thrilled with the uneven pressure required to turn it when pushed in because it’s difficult to ride the volume knob smoothly.
