2012 VS 2013 DGT

So Im pretty much convince I should get a DGT now and I came across a brand new 2012 top10 in the color I like at a good price.

Was there any significant change made to the DGT this year?

Does the 2012 have the V12 finish ?

Wiring ?

Hardware?

Any different I should know ?

I prefer the birds on '13, that's probably the only difference, you can't go wrong with either one.
I've played some amazing '12, if the price is right, I'd not hesitate to get a '12.
