2011 DC 22

I stumbled across one of these at guitar center yesterday and couldn't put it down. They had it marked as a McCarty DC (lol) and it is non birds and non 10 top. So would this be a private reserve guitar from musicians friend or am I missing something? What would be a fair price? It was in a collection someone sold and looks to have no marks or fret wear. It has a gloss neck and 59/09's. Is the neck similar to a wide/fat?

Awesome guitar. I seem to remember a couple runs, but I could be mistaken. I loved them. There are a couple Forum members here with one.
