2009 SE Singlecut bridge questions

I just changed the strings on my new to SE. This is my first PRS, and first guitar other than Fender so I'm new to stop are and wraparounds. I was surprised at how loose the studs fit into the bushings and how much wobble there was with the strings off. Is this normal? I'm referring to the studs wobbling in the bushings.
