I bought this awhile back and have really enjoyed playing it. Came with the original case and all the case candy. I swapped out the strap buttons for locking Scahallers like I do all my guitars but the originals are in the case. It's a very sweet yet raunchy guitar but I'm missing my Les Paul.

What would be a fair price to ask for this so i can sell it and get together some cash for a Les Paul?

It's in near mint condition save for the tiny ding on the bottom of the back of the guitar. It's so small it's smaller than the screw head of one of the cavity cover screws.

can you feel those scar's in the neck or have they been filled with clear coat and sanded out to be smooth again? That's the only detriment to the guitar I see that is visible in the photo's; but one that may cause some buyer trepidation. There is only one 20th Anniv. McCarty on Reverb now and it's a HB model, listed at $3,896.10 for some weird reason (the .10 cents is the real weird part - call it 3,890. or 3,900). I would think that pricing that guitar at about $3,800. and being able to speak to the digs on the neck, like you had them filled with clear coat and smoothed out would be a good starting place. If the buyer will have to get that done, you might have to knock off 200-400 (depending on the going rate good guitar tech prices) for them to have their tech make that right. The market will tell you if you're pricing it right.

I think pricing this at $3800 would leave it sitting for a long time. As far as I remember the only thing that signifies this as a 20th Anniversary guitar is the truss rod cover. Not a 10 top and the soapbars make it a smaller market to sell to. It's a great looking guitar but I would estimate and actual selling price close to $2500. My opinion should always be taken with a grain of salt.
