2002 PRS McCarty Hollowbody II Replacement Tuner Needed

I just bought this guitar, and someone replaced the High E tuner with a gold ping, which has to go. PRS parts no longer carries these tuners. They are the non locking variety, and identical to the Schaller M6 Mini Chrome tuners, - the Ebony buttons. Would like to find a replacement PRS tuner, but no luck finding one anywhere. Are the Post size different on the SE tuners, I see they are 10mm. Suggestions or help is appreciated, I am not a PRS expert at all. This guitar is so light and and sounds great, just want to make it as close to original as possible.
