2 channel H settings guide

When I was looking to buy my 2 channel H, the guitar center had a guide on where to set the treble, mid, bass in different positions to get different types of sounds. That guide is no longer at my local GC and I was wondering if there was anyone that had a copy of that. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I know it's fun to discover things on my own too.
