I bought excellent 1992 PRS Custom 24 wenge topped guitar. I heard that 1992-1993 "PRS experimented with exotic tops, including wenge, cedar, zebra wood, etc and were not part of any limited run, they are normal production guitars except for the exotic tops"

There's no modcat code in pickup cavity those years. It's hard to find information.

How many guitars (about) was made then? Was 1992 Custom 24 guitars normally with Brasilian or Indian rosewood fingerboard?

If you know something about these quite rare instruments, please let me know.

    Thanks!

What's so funny? my Huffy is a pretty sweet ride.

Still, I've seen some recent fakes with whinging tops, so you better post pics and send the guitar to me for an in person verification of authenticity.

Pictures, serials and other guitar identification material was send to PRS. It's genuine CU24. But any information is hard to find. Maybe here someone knows about it.

    Didn't get that Huffy...
