1991 PRS Cu24 price

Hey people! new to the PRS forum. I want to buy a 1991 PRS Cu24 with some quirks.

The guitar has the original case, but there is a cracked pickup ring, a misterious HFS bass neck pickup in zebra and a Gibson Pat No. bridge pickup.

I dont care about the pickups, im goin to install a set of Suhr Thornbuckers or maybe something more agressive like Duncan JB/Jazz neck.

Which price would be fair to pay for this guitar? I was thinkin in the range off $2600/$3000. Ive seen some pristine 1991 Cu24s for $3600.

My initial thought was $2k. Given I tend to undervalue guitars, $2,500 tops.

Given I have a '91 Special, I'm pretty sure the guitars from that year are worth at least $10k

With the changes made I’d agree at 2-2.5k if excellent condition and all original or indeed original parts provided with it then maybe more in todays used market, however, it really only depends how much it’s worth to you.

Nice top on that one. Could use some black pickup rings.

Looks like a 3 way switch, does it have a push/pull coil split on the tone control?

I don't know much about value, but from what i've seen going I think $2200-2500 is probably fair.

Like that guitar! Top looks great, and nice fretboard. Would not mind rocking that beauty

But as far as price: the others have a better feel for the USA prices. Being EU based and all
