1988 Classic Electric fretboard

Hi there!

I have gorgeous 1988 Pearl White PRS Classic Electric (#56) guitar. Fretboard markers are moons, and I am thinking was these PRS Classic Electric's fretboards Brazilian rosewood like CU24 does that year? Mine is not so red like Brazilian usually is but maybe it is?

It is my understanding that no CE's ever had a Brazilian board. I have an 88 CE and I believe it's Indian rosewood.
