    Push/Pull tone knob not coil tapping

    I just swapped pickups in my SE 277 baritone—now, the push/pull tone knob that is supposed to split coils doesn't seem to be working. I notice the coil split sound when the tone is maxed out on 10. If I have the tone set at 8 or below it sounds like the full coils. Any tips for how to fix this?
