santana md

Does anybody have some info on the pickups in the Santana MD model guitars? How do they compare and which models are they similar to produced by other manufacturers?

I've searched the forum, not much of a well described review available for the Santana multidimensional. some discussion but not very deep. 10 years ago I thought it seemed like I was going to buy one just never got a chance,. I've certainly done the basic Google searches, the ultimate Santana...
