Hi all! Just received my 1st PRS guitar, an Alex Lifeson Signature Model A15E. Unfortunately, it does not send sound from the jack to my amp when plugged in all the way. If I plug it in partially it does send sound. Could this be due to a low battery? Or is it something else, possibly more...
