hfs/vb pick ups

I am in a search for changing the HFS pickup on my Custom 22 from 2013 and I am considering a 59/09. How do you guys think that Vintage Bass will pair with the 59/09 in the bridge? Also, since I have the 5-way blade, I want to wire the bridge exactly like before, thus I need 3 or 4 conductor...
