discoloration

Just got this custom 24-08 a few days ago in flame smokeburst. I'm looking for everybody's thoughts on if this is a flaw in the stain (you'll know what I'm talking about in the pics, it's quite apparent) or if it's normal and I should just accept it and be happy. To me it looks out of place and...
