So... I did end up receiving my guitar!! Last Friday!! Unfortunately the shipping company must have drop kicked it because the guitar came in damaged... We have a claim in right now. Switch tip is bent over and the finished chipped right in that area. But the guitar is gorgeous!

Thank you haha I will say this much though, I won't do this again. It's been quite the wait so far and I believe we are coming close to it being finished. We are officially at 24 months from the original ETA. So fingers crossed this time we will be seeing the guitar! Next time definitely getting...

It can be a long wait, I reserved a pre-order Special Semi Hollow in Cobalt blue in July of 2021. Original ETA was later that year. It's been a long wait but I'm confident it will get finished up soon. FYI Cobalt Blue is discontinued so if one of those catches your eye it would be worth grabbing.

In my experience with a 2017 CU24 and 2020 Tremonti the slots need to be widened ever so slightly. I also put light machine oil on the bridge posts to keep everything smooth. Admittedly may be overkill but it definitely does the job.

Oh yeah I definitely love mine. I got that when I turned 18, they had just came out so my first one had some issues but after that smooth sailing. Takes time to get it dialed in right but man they definitely can sound great.
