You can try Big Bends Nut Sauce, or pencil lead in the nut slots to see if it goes away. Nuts normally have to be lubricated after a while.

The most radical thing for mine is a no neck binding on a 594. Anyone think this would be too much of an ask for the new PS restrictions?

What screws? They changed the screws? I first tried the Maple SS and loved it. I bought a 22 Rosewood and the neck does feel really different but I really like it. The shoulders take a little to get used to.

I suggest looking into refining/checking your guitar's setup. In general, PRS guitars are surprisingly slinky with 10s.

Depends on what you are looking for and what you value. Your SEs are fine. As far as playing enjoyment you may not feel a difference at all after the honeymoon period. Core fit, finish, look, feel, and refinement are what you would be paying for. If this is something you value then the Core...

That is weird, unfortunate and not the norm. Maybe that dealer is not taking care/storage/handling the merchandise correctly. I would return it and purchase elsewhere. If you like that particular S2 594 you can contact PRS and see what they can do. But this might take longer than returning...

The bridge saddles changed. The older ones were blocks and the string laid across the saddle. The newer ones are sharp and resemble ABR-1 shaped saddles, so the string just makes contact with the sharp point.

I thought it was a PRS neck on a tele body at first but seems like it has the: - PRS cutaway scoop - belly carve on the back - strat style arm slope in the back - looks thinner than a telecaster. - vela bridge - humbucker neck - black single coil bridge? tele slanted style?
