You have valid points here lol. I’ve never actually considered the PRS products stupidly enough! I will most likely go back to what I know or try out the PRS oils and conditioners.

I’m the past I’ve always used Dunlop 65 lemon oil.

So I’ve been testing out the F-One oil on one of my PRSi and I gotta say I may not use it anymore. The smell is such an odd one that you can smell while your playing and you all will laugh but it smells like dirty potatoes straight from the field . Anyone else have thoughts on it?

The Tri-Action one is on my radar for sure! It’s cheap and had the adjustable tension. Is it a set it and forget it tension wise or do you have to adjust that everytime you put it on.

I was looking at these but man $60-70 for a capo is hard to chew lol.

Yeah honestly I've never owned the other modelers BUT I haven't regretted buying the Helix one bit. And my poor tube amps just sit and collect dust because for live playing and even just the different sound options modeling is just so much more convenient. Also "SNAPSHOTS" are a life changer lol

Your absolutely right on the "option paralysis" bit. Thankfully I usually have a few go to presets for noodling most the time. A nice AC-30, and Divided by 30 one.

I used this same concept on my '98 McCarty with two "push/push" pots for being able to individually coil split both. :cool:
