    Wrong. There were 643 Bursts made in 1959. That 157 number is the number that have been verified to still exist. Don't know where you heard what you posted but it's incorrect

    Fingerboard Wood ID Help

    Brazilian Rosewood has been on, CITES Appendix 1 since 1991. That's the stuff with the strictest control by CITES. Somehow, I doubt they were making guitars with Brazilian Rosewood in 2008. 1988? Sure. But not 2008.
