There is no PRS factory lead-color dogma for pickups. Makes no sense to me but there you have it. Make sure you get the color spec for your exact pickup before making changes. I suppose you could also just look inside your control cavity and figure it out:

Just from your description, it sounds like you may have lost your ground connection on your bridge pickup, or there is a buildup of solder on your switch that is shorting your bridge ground coil.
