I've done everything, adjust trim pots, changed battery and clean. I think its damaged or needs soldier because one string does not sound at all, the 2nd one. But i wonder if the piezo can be repaired or do i have to replace it. I really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!

Hi, Recently i bought a Prs Hollowbody II but when i try to use the piezo the volume is very low in comparison with the magnet pickups (like 60% lower). Do you think there's something wrong with it? Please let me know. Thanks, Tyler

Strings are 10 and 1 or 2 are fretting i think but i measured trussrod height and it's 10 on the 8th fret. Action is adjusted fine from 5/64 low to 4/64 high and pup height is 5/64. I wonder if it's the trem, i dont know how to adjust it!

Ive got a Santana II that i traded recently but i feel the guitar hard to play (strings are 10's but feel very tight) and there's no sustain nor resonance, is it normal? I wonder if it's a setup problem or it's a Santana's mood. Please let me know, any suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Tyler
