You might consider a “Jake Blade”
Though it looks like they might have any PRS available.

What type of power are going to you pedals? If you are using an ispot daisy chain, try switching to battery power or borrow an isolated power supply and if that fixes it.
If not, there is definitely a grounding issue somewhere.
I had a similar issue with my SE HBII and it appears they share a bridge - assuming you have a wrap around.
I finally figured out and you may already know this, but there were two intonation adjustments on mine.
First, there are the saddles that adjust individually, but there are also two...
I have some of Wolfe's single coils in a strat and put his Legends in my SE HB II which I donated to our church worship group.
Fantastic pickups. The Legends really transformed the SE HBII.
Lollar’s are fantastic.
I have a 50’s wind in my Noventa Tele and I put in a low wind neck and standard bridge in my CMG Ashlee.
They all sound amazing.
If it were me I would not change much from what I have now.
594 HBII in purple iris, but i would go for figured mahogany for the neck and sides and vintage-esque p90’s in lieu of Humbuckers, despite loving the heck out of the 58/15 LT.
Also a matching headstock.
