    2-wire pickup w/coil tap and 5-way switch

    Hi guys, How can I connect a 2-wire (hot + braided shield) pickup + white coil tap (3 wires in fact) to a CU22 5-way switch ? Its a dual HB configuration, both HB have 3 wires. Thanks
